3-5 Year Old Classes
Where connection is the curriculum and play is the plan.
Because we know that parenting is a lifelong journey and early childhood doesn’t need to be rushed, our 3–5 class is designed to nurture both your child’s development and your relationship with them. At Horizon Hills, we celebrate block towers and dramatic play scripts, wobbly friendships and deep belly laughs, mud kitchen creations and moments of “I did it!” pride.
Here, we trust children to be capable learners.
We trust parents to grow, too.
And we provide the space to do both, side by side.
What You’ll Experience
Whether your child is dressing up for an impromptu performance, mixing potions in the river, or learning how to work through a conflict with a peer, they’re developing the skills that matter most.
A play-based curriculum that follows your child’s interests and supports growth in language, social-emotional skills, and problem-solving
Expansive indoor and outdoor environments designed for curiosity, creativity, and collaboration
Guidance from experienced teachers who understand both child development and the realities of parenting
Social-emotional support as children learn to name feelings, practice empathy, and navigate friendships
Parenting tools and insights woven into the daily rhythm through observation, modeling, and connection with other families

Parent Participation
We believe children thrive when their grown-ups are actively engaged in their learning journey. In our 3–5 class, parents attend class alongside their child on designated days each quarter. During your participation days, you’ll observe, support, and connect with your child, with other families, and with our teaching team.
