About Us

Horizon Hills is a subdivision located in Brighton, MI. The subdivision consists of 63 homes situated on a little over 60 acres. An 11 acre partially wooded park with rolling hills is situated in the center of the subdivision. There is an additional private 4.6 acre park that is located on the Huron River.
